It’s not very often that you meet individuals who can inspire confidence in others because they themselves are as good as gold.  Not the pyrite kind which dazzles the eye, but has a beguiling value bordering on worthless (hence the name “fools gold”).
No!  I’m talking of men with high ideals and character appraisals that are as upright as you’ll ever find.  They are Ronnie Duane Weir and Thomas Kenneth Skoog, business partners in a company called Laser Wellness, which they formed in December of 2007 near the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota not far from Mount Rushmore, one of our countries great national treasures.
Both Ronnie and Tom hail from small Midwest towns and are family men with lovely wives and adorable children. 

Tom, Vice President of Laser Wellness, comes from an agriculture background, having grown up on a horse farm in Graceville, MN, where his parents also owned and operated a small gas station and bulk fuel service for farmers.  Tom received his degree in Environmental Science from Northern State University and ended up in the Black Hills in 2001 playing running back for the Rapid City Red Dogs (an arena football team) for a few years until injury prevented his return to the sport.  It was in that time he met and married his wife Michelle and the couple has since been blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Grace.

Ronnie, President of Laser Wellness, originally from Worland, WY, shares an agriculture background.  His father ran the local canal systems and he grew up helping his uncle’s farm alongside his identical twin Randy.  Ronnie received his degree in Business and Economics from the University of Wyoming and eventually made his way to the Black Hills via Fort Collins, CO, following a nasty bout of Stage IV Hodgkin’s Disease.  Doctors told him he may never have kids, but he proved them all wrong anyways as he and his wife Shannon were blessed with 2 rambunctious boys, Drew and Gavin.

Tom and Ronnie formed Laser Wellness after several years of friendship and working side by side with Dr. Lytle.  Using several foundational aspects of the Lytle technology, they built a company based on the science of soft laser therapy with expanded applications and some remarkable innovations devised to help people “live a better quality of life”.  This unique combination of Health, Friendship and Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) has made Laser Wellness one of the fastest growing companies in its field as well as given the people someone they can trust and turn to for help achieving their personal health goals with the use of this incredible technology, Healing Light.
